-
Awareness: We do not shy away from open discussions to challenge stereotypes and keep ourselves accountable.
-
All ages around the table: We celebrate the unique strengths, talents, and experiences that individuals of all ages bring.
-
Intergenerational Activities: Each Circles, team-building exercise, mentorship opportunity, or community events, is an opportunity to help break down barriers and create bonds based on shared experiences, regardless our age.
-
Lead by Example: We encourage leaders and decision-makers to demonstrate age-inclusive behavior, setting a positive tone for our entire community.
-
Address Age Bias: As our DEI states we pledge fair treatment in invitations to participating in events, recruitment of any form, access to training opportunities, etc.
-
Collaborative Learning: Provide opportunities for individuals to share their expertise and learn from one another, reinforcing the value of lifelong learning and youthful energy.
By promoting a culture of inclusivity, where skills and contributions are valued over age, we can overcome ageism and create a community that thrives on diversity and collaboration.
