VIA Connects is an educational initiative from VIA Collective Inc., a non-profit organization based in the state of Georgia, USA.

If you have registered for one of our events or have left comments on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personally identifiable data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purpose, nor does it prevent our website from collecting future data if you later register for events or leave comments on our site..

In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Act, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you chose to leave your email address with us, the information is collected by MailChimp, a marketing, automation, and email platform.
