About

Trish Amodeo

I graduated from The University of Pennsylvania in 2005 with my BSN and worked as an ICU nurse for 13 years in 5 different states at the bedside, teaching at CCGA, and in managerial roles.

After caring for such critically ill patients for so long, I decided to use all my skill sets and passions to help people change their lifestyle in order to stay well and prevent illness.

I got certified as an AFAA group fitness instructor and began teaching indoor cycling classes in 2012. I went on to complete 2 years of coursework/training in Culinary Medicine at Tulane Medical School in 2019, obtained Certification as an AFAA Certified Nutrition Coach and specific Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor around the same time and lastly completed Certification as an Integrative Hypnosis Practioner in 2022, through the IACT (International Association of Counselors & Therapists), training under a renowned instructor, Melissa Tiers.

I opened an integrative personal development, health, & wellness coaching practice called Full Filling Fitness LLC in 2021 and operate under my dba, eMOTION Cycling®️. My business slogan is “Change a feeling. Feel the change.” I have developed and trade marked a proprietary coaching method that helps people change the emotions that drive habits in order to think positively and motivate them to practice the physical fitness, dietary changes, and mindfulness techniques that I believe are the key to changing any area of life. I have worked only by word of mouth from my home and plan to move to a commercial office space January 2025 to help more people 1:1.

I am currently writing a book I hope to publish in Spring called “Switching Gears”. It’s all about moving through life’s challenges and how to change your mindset and thoughts to change habits that improve your emotional, spiritual, and physical health.

Most importantly, I’m a Mom to my 8 year old son, Vince, and my 4 year old daughter, Nora.
