Lori Peacock
Moved to the Golden Isles in July of 2020, relocating from Green Bay, Wisconsin. Lori has a professional history founded in two areas: PK-12 education and business-related marketing, advertising and public relations. After working as the CEO for the Golden Isles College + Career Academy for 18-months, she left this position to pursue other interests in Glynn County. Today Lori is working in various roles, including community volunteer, substitute teacher, and budding entrepreneur!
The reason Lori is involved in VIA is to work with others to ensure a high quality of life for everyone in our diverse community. Lori’s interests include women’s and children’s issues, community volunteerism and providing college and career readiness opportunities for all students to ensure a vibrant workforce. Her hobbies include baking, knitting, gardening, reading and making savory and sweet popcorn.
