About

Prachi Patel

Prachi grew up with beauty defined for her—by culture, family, social media, and an industry that often didn’t reflect her.

As a South Asian woman, beauty existed at the intersection of tradition and expectation: long hair, flawless skin, being “presentable,” but never too bold.

Entering esthetician school and falling in love with makeup reshaped that understanding. She came to see beauty not as fitting into a standard, but as reclaiming agency over one’s face, body, and story.

Makeup and skincare became tools of empowerment rather than masks to hide behind. As an esthetician in training, she has learned that touch, care, and intention can be deeply healing—especially for women who have been told to shrink themselves. Her goal is to create spaces where women, particularly women of color, feel seen, confident, and worthy.

To her, beauty is not superficial—it is personal, cultural, and profoundly transformative.
