Topic: Seasonal Rhythms and Health: Understanding Spring in Chinese Medicine — As spring arrives, many women become more aware of changes in their bodies and daily rhythms—from how they sleep and move, to how they handle stress, focus, and transitions. Traditional Chinese medicine looks closely at how seasonal shifts interact with the body and how these changes may show up differently for women. In this session, we’ll explore spring from a seasonal and physiological perspective, using Chinese medicine concepts to better understand the body’s natural patterns and how supportive practices, including acupuncture, may help during times of change.
